Do not use Dreamie to replace consultation with a qualified health care provider. Do not rely on Dreamie for emergency situations.
When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. Ambient may accept or decline any order in its discretion. Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before acceptance. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after acceptance. If we do not accept, make a change to, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email, billing address, or phone number provided at checkout.

You represent and warrant that your purchases are for personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.
Pre-orders and payment capture. For any pre-order, estimated ship dates are estimates only and may change. We capture payment at checkout for pre-orders. We may cancel a pre-order and issue a refund if we are unable to fulfill it.
Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. Unless expressly stated, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs, or import charges.

Ambient names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans, including Dreamie, are trademarks of Ambient or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such trademarks without our prior written permission. Shopify’s names and marks are trademarks of Shopify. Other names and marks are the property of their respective owners.
You may be provided access to tools offered by third parties as part of the Services, which we do not control. We provide access to such tools “as is” and “as available” without warranties or endorsements. We have no liability arising from your use of optional third party tools. Your use is at your own risk and subject to the third party’s terms. New features may be offered in the future and are subject to these Terms.

Ambient is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. Any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with Ambient. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Ambient, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Ambient.

We will notify you of any indemnifiable claim, provided that a failure to promptly notify will not relieve you of your obligations unless you are materially prejudiced. We may control the defense and settlement of such claim at your expense, including choice of counsel, but will not settle any claim requiring non monetary obligations from you without your consent, not to be unreasonably withheld. You and Ambient consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Boston, Massachusetts.
